Thank you, my friend.

Having to hide significant parts of ourselves and our lives as part of our need for support is maddening.

My team know the facts of my grief experience, but not so much how it affects me.

I'm so sorry you experience this to such a degree. I appreciate your direction as regards sharing this post, because it's something that I would have done without considering the implications.

Sending hugs,

Casey

Thank you, dear Casey.

Sending you so much love and solidarity.

I'm so sorry you can also understand the necessity of hiding parts of ourselves; it is existentially exhausting.

Thank you also for comprehending my reasons for not sharing this particular piece more widely. It means a lot.

Hugs gratefully received and wholeheartedly reciprocated

Jessi

Letting your impactful words and experience settle - maybe I’ll have more words later, but certainly sending you love and care now and always.

Thank you so much dearest godmother. Love, thoughts and tenderness right back to you. I learnt honesty and integrity in no small part from you. What I find hardest about the systems is that I'm one of the most fortunate when it comes to having the capacity to navigate them - and it shouldn't require a PhD to do so xx
